bloomer

dry and dusty again

i've never seen this biking hiding at the entrance to bloomer before. camouflaged.

scar face prepping before the start

the race begins. the lead group stayed together for a bit then the black ace, scarface and the sweed ride away leaving DC and another rihno with me to suffer.

don has a big motor and a lot bigger than mine....this can be seen in the shiny red mustang rumbling out of the parking lot leaving black strips down along the way. not sure what happend to the rihno.

and just as fast as it started it was over and this is whats left.

i don't really know what happened in the other races because i didn't race in them. it was fun to watch for a bit though. i hope everyone had a good time.

oh yea and Paolo Bettini is world champion again. stony should be a hoot.

TDL

did fall blow in within the last 24hrs?

what seemed like a shrunken mens field at the start.

awaiting take off.

michigan native, mr. dan bowman takes the start line in northern michigan.

dr. steve clark and mr. kirk albers relaxing before the pain beings. both had great races.

sounded like things got painful right from the gun. it splintered pretty quick with only the strongest able to hang. at each feed zone the groups got smaller and smaller. priority cleaned house with a 1st and 3rd. i think the sponsor is happy with the day. looks like the investment to let tina pic wear a jersey paid off as well. another race ended and another season over. on to other disciplines.
