Alright, time for a little 'cross lesson.

Selander, Summerhill, and Driscoll are all too young and will fighting for the U23 jersey, which will go to Driscoll.

Baker is done for the year with a busted collarbone (you may not have known that at time of publishing). Get well soon.

Kabush, Wieczorek, and Frattini will have to watch and wait for their own National Championship. Except Kabush, his champs are over and he didn't win, the guy who was 51st at Gloucester last year won. Go figure.

Nice try though.
